Do I approve posts before they are published?
Yes, always. You receive the month's calendar and approve each post before it goes out.
Is social media advertising included?
No, social media management and advertising are two separate services. Advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat or LinkedIn is managed separately, with a budget you pay directly to the platform.
Which networks do you work on?
We work on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. We advise you on the networks where your customers really are, rather than being everywhere.
Do you reply to messages and comments?
Moderation is defined in the quote based on your message volume. For sales enquiries, we often prefer to pass them on to you quickly, because nobody sells your offer better than you.
